Senior Fusion Practice- September 25th

Watch the video and come prepared to talk about it on Wednesday!

Advanced Fusion Practice -September 25th

Watch only YOURSELF!!! I think the theme of this video is going to be watch your legs! In your tumbling, your legs need to be together. In your twist cradles, you legs need to be together! Back handsprings, legs need to be together. Tucks, legs need to be together. Layouts, legs need to be together, Your legs need to be together. Our tumbling and our stunts would look a lot cleaner if you kept your legs together! Our twist cradles would look a lot cleaner and sharper if our legs would together. We will get our double downs a lot faster, if we keep our legs together! Watch this and come prepared to talk about it on Wednesday!

Fusion All-Stars Fundraiser

A BIG thanks to everyone who participated in the fundraiser on Saturday. It was a HUGE success. The girls were a great help in the car wash and helping us sell items in our yard and bake sale. AND ANOTHER HUGE THANKS TO ALL THE PARENTS WHO PARTICIPATED!!! Without the parents, this fundraiser wouldn't have been the success it was. We had lots of help from parents washing cars, selling, and being supportive.

Also, thanks to Ramie Zdunich and Sherri Hemmingway for helping to organize this fundraiser! It was awesome because of you guys... and I really appreciate you signing up to be in charge!

As far as how much money the girls made on Saturday... and this is NOT including their car wash ticket sales... we made:

$1400.00

Wahoo!!! Way to go girls and parents! This was a great first fundraiser and will really help us in getting to Nationals!!!

Advanced Fusion Cheer Practice Video

Watch only YOURSELF!!! Look at your positioning, the way you cradle, how tight you are, how close the bases need to be, if you are catching the flyers high enough, if your arms are locked out, if you are confident, your claps, if you look like you are together, your legs in your twist cradles... etc. We will discuss this at practice on Wednesday!!! Please attend Wednesday practice because it is going to be a very important class! Come ready to talk about what you learned from watching yourself on video!
